Several Midi channels can be set to one of the Keyboard rows, then a different set of Midi channels (while some can be Arpeggiated or Vibered for example) assigned to the 2nd keyboard row.
Imagine simply laying your wrist on the pearly keyboard row and generate harmonies/chords for a pad sound, while playing a melody with your fingers on the other keyboard row… then move, and change all those sounds in the desired sensitivity of each channel.
