What you’re getting when buying a Kadabra ✅
• A handcrafted Kadabra hardware unit.
• A Strap, 2 cables and the K-Box pro radio box.
• Access to Kadabra digital downloads/tools provided after payment (via your user account).
• Support from Tribal-Tools if you need help.

Handcrafted, small‑batch = unique (and that’s a feature) 🌳
Kadabra units are made in small batches and use real wood. Natural variations in wood grain, finish, color, weight, and minor cosmetic marks can happen — and don’t automatically mean something is defective.

Shipping & delivery 🚚
• Delivery dates are estimates — sometimes manufacturing, customs, or carriers cause delays.
• Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate.

If your package arrives damaged:
To help us approve a solution quickly, please keep the original packaging and record the FIRST unboxing video (showing the package and the damage), then contact us with the evidence.

Digital downloads 🔊
Some parts of your purchase may include digital content (downloads/licenses). Because digital items can be delivered/activated instantly, digital sales are generally final once delivered/activated – except where required by law or explicitly approved by us.

Returns & refunds ↩️
If a hardware return is approved:
• Please return the item complete (original packaging, accessories, manuals) and with proof of purchase.
• It should not be excessively used, modified, or damaged.
If a product is custom-made or made-to-order, it may be non-refundable (except where required by law or if we approve an exception in writing).
Shipping fees, customs/import taxes, and expedited delivery costs are non‑refundable unless required by law or if we are at fault (wrong item / confirmed defect).

Warranty & repairs 🛠️
Keep your proof of purchase — it’s required for warranty service.

Warranty may be void if:
• The product is opened or repaired by unauthorized parties,
• The serial number is removed/altered,
• The product is misused/modified/abused/accident-damaged,
• Damage is caused by liquids, improper power, or improper storage.

Kadabra guarantee time frames:
• Full Guarantee Time Frame: 1 year from purchase date
• Limited Guarantee Time Frame: 2 years from purchase date

What is generally covered (subject to inspection and the conditions above):
• Mechanical/electronic issues caused by normal use may be covered during the applicable guarantee period.
• The keyboard lighting system may have coverage for the full Limited Guarantee period (2 years), where applicable.

What is not covered:
• Wood bruises / cosmetic dents are not guaranteed as free repairs.
• Physical impact damage (bruises/cracks) may limit or deny coverage depending on cause and inspection.

Repairs logistics:
Some repairs may require service in Israel. Where a Kadabra purchase includes a Full Guarantee shipping benefit, we may cover one standard (non‑express) round‑trip shipment for the first approved repair within that Full Guarantee period. Faster shipping can be arranged at the customer’s cost.

Software license (short and simple) 🔐
Kadabra software and digital content are licensed, not sold.
Please don’t share/resell/distribute it, bypass license checks/security, or reverse engineer it (except where mandatory law explicitly allows it).

Payments & taxes 💳
Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. You’re responsible for VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country (unless we explicitly state otherwise).
Payments are processed by third‑party payment providers — we don’t store full payment card details on our servers.
